  • Oversee the full management of programs, including recruitment timelines, onboarding, orientation activities, and engagement strategies to ensure a consistent experience for participants and managers.
  • Develop and implement a targeted university relations strategy, including school segmentation, activity planning, and ROI evaluation to improve candidate quality and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with targeted universities, student associations, and career centers.
  • Optimize campus recruitment infrastructure, including calendars, tools, promotional materials, and engagement tracking.
  • Manage program tracking tools and processes, including metrics related to hiring, participation, performance, and conversion (e.g., intern conversion rate, cost per hire).
  • Analyze program data and hiring outcomes to generate insights and support continuous improvement of early career initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and new approaches to optimize program effectiveness, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present analyses, metrics, and recommendations during leadership reviews.
