What You’ll Work OnAutonomous Agents: Research, design, and deploy LLM-based AI agents that can perceive, reason, and act within complex and changing UIs to enable reliable automations.
Multimodal Information Extraction: Implement ML models to extract and structure meaningful information from PDFs, text, images, spreadsheets, and videos. Convert unstructured data into actionable insights for enterprise automation.
Agentic Workflows: Advance AI workflows where systems can reason, plan, and execute tasks reliably, minimizing errors and runtime surprises.
Scalable AI for Enterprises: Deploy robust AI solutions to address large-scale enterprise needs, reducing operational expenses while aligning with regulatory policies.
Design, implement, and deploy LLM-based agents integrated into the Kognitos platform.
Optimize multimodal information extraction from real-world enterprise data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to deliver impactful solutions.
Ensure AI systems adhere to regulatory policies and deliver measurable business value.
Stay at the cutting edge of AI research, incorporating the latest advances into Kognitos’ platform.
Educational Background: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
Production ML Experience: Experience developing and deploying ML models (research, internships, or prior roles).
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to address complex challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exposure to agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, or reinforcement learning.
Understanding of enterprise automation pain points in large-scale contexts.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed ML frameworks (Spark, Ray, Kubernetes).
