Embed with enterprise customers to discover, redesign, build, and deploy production automations on Kognitos. Own accounts end-to-end (discovery to renewal), run process workshops, integrate with ERPs, drive adoption and expansion, and feed field learnings back to Product and Engineering.

Translate undocumented processes into production-grade automations, build integrations with ERPs/APIs/databases, debug production issues, own technical relationships, and feed field learnings into product and engineering.
