Job Description
Fresh graduates preferred (Candidates with internship experience or up to 1 year of work experience are also welcome to apply)
- Managing executive schedules and coordinating appointments.
- Supporting domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Handling expense management and reimbursement processes.
- Greeting visitors and assisting with office operations.
- Performing general administrative tasks.
You will work closely with the Lead Executive Assistant to support 2-3 executives, ensuring a manageable workload. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- excellent Korean speaking and writing skills are required.
- Business-level English proficiency (email, phone, and in-person interactions).
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
