EAM Specialist IIThe Asset Lifecycle Specialist II owns and drives asset lifecycle performance across Niagara Bottling plants and corporate teams by leading strategic asset planning, maintenance execution standards, total cost of ownership analysis, and enterprise-wide asset performance. This role provides subject matter expertise in asset lifecycle management, Oracle Fusion/CMMS data governance, and capital project support, and is responsible for identifying gaps, driving standardization, and improving asset reliability and financial outcomes across the enterprise.
Essential Functions
Asset & Work Order Governance
Support work order management, including contractor services documentation, breakdown recording, and preventive maintenance (PM) completion
Coordinating regular assessments and preparing findings and reports for relevant stakeholders.
Strategic Planning & Project Execution
Support and drive strategic planning by identifying, researching, and scheduling project deliverables.
Contribute to project implementation by maintaining schedule adherence, supporting execution, and assisting with recovery efforts as needed.
Analyze project‑related metrics to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Data Management, Analytics & Reporting
Manage, clean, and validate large data sets (i.e.: equipment history, work orders, inventory, and costs) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through standardized definitions and governance.
Perform advanced analysis on high‑volume data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
Develop and maintain repeatable reports and dashboards that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
Systems, Process & Documentation Expertise
Develop and maintain working proficiency in Oracle Fusion/CMMS responsibilities.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize and normalize processes across the enterprise.
Maintain subject matter expert (SME) status for ALM (Asset Lifecyle Management) related initiatives and support training of super‑users.
Collaboration, Learning & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate effectively with peers and cross‑functional teams to support project success through brainstorming, testing, training, and knowledge sharing.
Build and maintain a practical understanding of repair and maintenance activities, supported by hands‑on Oracle Fusion/CMMS experience.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by staying current on equipment performance, reliability best practices, and process improvement opportunities.
Oracle Fusion/CMMS ALM, Inventory & Procurement Proficiency
Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Fusion/CMMS Inventory and Procurement processes to support accurate asset, parts, and financial management.
Understanding of inventory transactions including parts catalog maintenance, cycle counts, and inventory transfers.
Perform and demonstrate understanding of procurement activities including requisition and purchase order creation, approvals, receiving, and corrections, with appropriate use of expense categories and account codes.
Work Order Systems Knowledge
Apply working knowledge of Oracle Fusion/CMMS work order processes, including preventive maintenance and repair work orders, to support maintenance execution and KPI reporting.
Support Oracle Fusion/CMMS processes, including credited parts, reclamation workflows, and KPI visibility.
Travel & On‑Site Support
Provide on‑site plant support as needed, with travel averaging ~15-20%
