E2E Planner
OUR ROLE
Join our dynamic team as an End-to-End (E2E) Planner and be at the heart of driving seamless alignment between supply and demand across our global operations.
As a key player in balancing supply chain planning, you'll work closely with our Sales, Offering, and Planning teams to solve complex challenges and optimize our processes. Your role will involve managing new product introductions, demand/supply balancing, and facilitating short-term availability, ensuring that our customers’ needs are always met.
With your analytical and collaborative approach, you will have a direct impact on decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems.
This position is based in Espoo, Finland and reports to our E2E Planning Manager, Teemu Riekkinen. The role is full-time and is hybrid.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS
Responsibilities:

Lead demand and supply balancing: Oversee and solve supply and demand issues while creating actionable plans to address them.

Coordinate product introductions and delisting: Manage supply chain planning for new product launches and product phase-outs, ensuring timely execution.

Drive S&OE process: Collaborate with demand and supply planners to facilitate the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process for optimized product availability and inventory value.

Short-term availability management: Manage short-term availability with sales operations to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

Create decision-making materials: Develop materials and scenarios that aid leadership in making informed decisions.

Optimize supply chain performance: Analyse and maintain planning-related parameters to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

Process improvement: Continuously develop and implement best practices and efficient ways of working within your responsibility area.
WHO YOU ARE
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
-
Solid understanding of supply chain management, S&OP, and S&OE processes.
-
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural drive for cross-functional collaboration.
-
Experience in handling dispersed information and summarizing it into actionable plans.
-
Ability to take initiative and drive actions, even without formal authority.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-
Proficient in MS Office tools, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
-
Comfortable working with different ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).

Fluent in English, with Finnish seen as an asset.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Experience:
-
3-5 years in a similar role, ideally in supply and demand planning, inventory management, or related fields

Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
