You will lead the vision, roadmap, and performance of Chanel's eServices across Europe, including appointment booking, queue management, and client events. This key role drives scalable, value-driven product development within our omnichannel strategy, ensuring a cohesive European core model.

Product Vision & Roadmap
  • Define and continuously refine the European eServices product vision.
  • Build, prioritise, and defend a clear, value-based roadmap.
  • Balance core model scalability with justified market adaptations.
  • Lead discovery phases to validate structural product evolutions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking, and functional/UX studies on competitor websites and in-store to propose enhancements.
Governance & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Act as the European product lead and drive cross-functional collaboration across Vendor, Divisions, Internal partners, Markets, and IT.
  • Consolidate and structure market needs into strategic priorities.
  • Prepare arbitration materials for senior leadership when required.
  • Ensure clear ownership boundaries between IT and Business.
Delivery & Operational Excellence
  • Oversee integrations and ensure technical consistency.
  • Secure UAT ownership and go-live readiness.
  • Maintain structured documentation and decision traceability.
Performance & Optimisation
  • Define and monitor KPIs (adoption, usage, service conversion, client satisfaction).
  • Analyse performance gaps and identify optimisation levers.
  • Ensure each structural initiative includes measurable business impact.
  • Embed a full product lifecycle discipline (discovery → delivery → measurement).

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 5+ years in product management or project management within Digital, Retail or SaaS sectors
  • Experience in multi-market and omnichannel environments.
  • Strong prioritisation and arbitration capability.
  • High resilience and political awareness.
  • Outcome-driven and analytically rigorous.
  • Fluent English.
