As an E-Learning Associate, you will play a hands-on role in shaping how people learn and grow across our global organization. You will contribute to the design and development of impactful learning experiences that support key initiatives such as leadership development, project management, and performance growth.

What you will be doing
In this role, you will have the opportunity to continuously shape and elevate our learning experience. You will thoughtfully review existing courses on a regular basis, working in close partnership with subject matter experts to keep content fresh, relevant, and aligned with evolving needs.
You will help bring ideas to life by transforming expertise into engaging, high-quality learning content that aligns with our Global People standards. You will help manage and evolve our learning platforms: setting up new materials, maintaining systems, and continuously improving the learner experience by gathering insights and acting on feedback.
Listening to our learners is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll play an important role in gathering and reflecting on user feedback—using those insights to gently refine and enhance each learning journey.
We also encourage a culture of curiosity and growth. You will be supported in staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in e-learning, with time and resources dedicated to your ongoing development through training and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design e-learning material as per Global People function requirements and standards.
- Set up new material in the learning management systems and assist in maintaining the system's setup.
- Establish and maintain development processes for in-house e-learnings and oversee materials maintenance over time.
- Conduct continuous reviews of e-learning feedback to identify and address issues and enhance material impact.
- Perform annual reviews of existing in-house courses for updates and check with SMEs for content modifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR, Instructional Design, Education, Writing, Communication or related field.
- Experience in instructional design and training materials creation. (E-Learning)
- Familiarity with Articulate Storyline 360 is beneficial.
- Organized and structured personality will be of importance, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
