Your missionResumen del Puesto:
Gestionar la estrategia comercial y el crecimiento de PIERRE FABRE MEXICO SA DE CV en la plataforma Amazon, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta y rentabilidad.
Responsabilidades:
* Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de e-commerce específicas para Amazon, alineadas con los objetivos de la compañía.
* Identificar y capitalizar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y crecimiento dentro de la plataforma Amazon.
* Gestionar y optimizar el gasto comercial (marketing y promociones) para maximizar el retorno de inversión en Amazon.
* Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto asignado a las operaciones en Amazon.
* Analizar el desempeño de ventas, tráfico y conversión, proponiendo acciones correctivas y de mejora continua.
* Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos (Marketing, Logística, Finanzas) para asegurar una ejecución fluida.
* Negociar con Amazon para obtener las mejores condiciones comerciales y de posicionamiento.
* Monitorear a la competencia y las tendencias del mercado para adaptar las estrategias.
Cualificaciones:
* Experiencia comprobable como e-KAM o Key Account Manager, preferentemente con enfoque en Amazon.
* Sólida experiencia en gestión de gasto comercial y optimización de presupuestos.
* Habilidad probada para identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio en entornos digitales.
* Capacidad de pensamiento estratégico y analítico para la toma de decisiones.
* Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación.
* Dominio avanzado de herramientas de análisis de datos y plataformas de e-commerce.
* Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración, Negocios Internacionales o campo relacionado.
ESCOLARIDAD: Licenciatura en MKT, ECommerce o afin
IDIOMA: Inglés (avanzado) deseable
EXPERIENCIA EN EL PUESTO: 2 -5 años de experiencia como key account manager en Amazon.
MUST HAVE: experiencia en belleza/dermocosméticos.
