We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Strategist to lead the development of omnichannel marketing strategies for our e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate will have agency experience and a deep understanding of digital marketing, performance media, social media management, content creation, live selling, web builds, and branding. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design full-funnel campaigns—from awareness to conversion—leveraging our diverse service mix to drive revenue growth for brands on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and Meta.
Key Responsibilities:1. Omnichannel Strategy Development- Design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that align with client business objectives across multiple touchpoints.
- Develop end-to-end marketing funnels for e-commerce brands, ensuring seamless transitions from awareness, engagement, and consideration to conversion and retention.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance across paid media, organic content, live selling, and web platforms.
- Work closely with media buyers to develop ROI-driven advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and in-platform ad channels (Lazada & Shopee Ads).
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, ensuring budget efficiency and maximum results.
- Develop retargeting and retention strategies using first-party data, CRM, and email marketing automation.
- Lead the development of content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X) that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce photo and video content that enhances brand storytelling and engagement.
- Implement data-backed content planning, ensuring content resonates with target audiences and drives measurable results.
- Create a live selling strategy that maximizes conversions on TikTok Shop, Facebook Live, and e-commerce platforms.
- Develop campaigns that integrate KOLs and influencers, ensuring synergy between brand awareness and direct sales.
- Optimize live selling schedules, content flow, and engagement strategies to boost sales performance.
- Work with web developers to optimize website and landing pages for conversions, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Develop CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies, including A/B testing, UX improvements, and product page enhancements to drive sales.
- Align website design with branding and marketing objectives for better consumer trust and engagement.
- Develop comprehensive brand positioning strategies tailored to e-commerce audiences.
- Ensure all marketing efforts maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics across different digital touchpoints.
- Map and optimize customer journeys, identifying pain points and opportunities to increase conversions.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, and CRM dashboards.
- Translate data into actionable insights, ensuring continuous optimization of digital campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
✅ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in an agency setting.
✅ Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.
✅ Proven experience in media planning, content strategy, live selling, and conversion-focused campaigns.
✅ Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, analytics tools, and CRM platforms.
✅ Experience working with influencers/KOLs and integrating them into digital campaigns.
✅ Knowledge of web UX, CRO, and digital branding for e-commerce.
✅ Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to develop data-driven strategies.
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
