Job Description:
The e-Commerce Specialist plans and executes marketing initiatives including search, email marketing, social and online advertising campaigns, as well as collaborating with interactive team on website development to insure SEO optimization. This person makes recommendations regarding emerging digital and new technologies and identifies strategic partners.
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute e-commerce strategies and activities to drive online sales and improve website traffic.
- Digital Marketing: Create omnichannel strategy and execute and manage email campaigns, social media outreach, Google Ads, SEO, and SEM efforts.
- Data analysis: Monitor and assess customer data including behaviors, order history, page analytics, and demographics to develop customer segmentation and messaging and strategy, accordingly.
- UX UI Design: Support easy to use, easy to navigate designs that enhance customer experience.
- Create and test content: Create digital assets and A/B testing experimentation.
- Promotional Support: Develop and execute promotional initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage Product Listings: In coordination with the Product Management team, write product descriptions, update pricing information, and manage inventory. Ensure merchandising is executed accurately so products are correctly categorized, sorted properly, and optimized to sell.
- Content and Product Data Maintenance: Maintain, audit, and optimize product content across retailer platforms, using SEO best practices to enhance visibility, search rankings, and conversions.
- Product Page Management: Update product pricing and track sales data.
- Customer Service Coordination: Work with the customer service team to resolve e-commerce related issues.
- Analyze Sales Trends: Monitor and analyze sales data to determine the most popular products or factors that may influence customers’ buying behavior as well as to identify new opportunities and challenges. Compile performance reports to support eCommerce growth initiatives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with peers across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure product content, images, and availability contribute to a seamless customer experience.
- Best practices and new technologies: identify apps and develop and/or improve site search optimization, loyalty programs, remarketing/retargeting, email automation.
- Website Functionality: Oversee website including testing and improving website user interface and experience.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field; Master’s degree in a plus
- 1-3 years experience in e-Commerce or related experience
- 1-2 years SEO experience
- Strong understanding of frontend, CMS platforms and Acquia DXP
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, content management systems and e-commerce software (Magento, etc.)
- Proficiency with Google Ads and SEMrush
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce practices, including SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in project management
- Customer and detail-oriented
- Proactive and resourceful problem solver
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Location:
- Position is located in our Thousand Oaks, CA office (3 days per week)
- Less than 10% travel; primarily to visit corporate office or meet customers in North America.

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
