The Ecommerce Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the tactical execution of website management, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, hands-on experience in Shopify, and a passion for optimizing digital customer experiences.


How you’ll make an impact:

  • Shopify Store Management: Handle day-to-day operations, including product updates, pricing adjustments, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Merchandising: Ensure accurate and compelling product listings, including descriptions, images, and categorization, to maximize sales potential.
  • Shopify Collective Management: Oversee the hands-on implementation and day-to-day technical components of Shopify Collective, including managing shared inventory and partnerships to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Tactical SEO Implementation: Execute on-page SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, meta descriptions, and content updates to improve search rankings.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven adjustments to improve site performance and conversion rates.
  • Email Marketing (Klaviyo): Assist in the tactical creation, scheduling, and testing of email marketing campaigns, focusing on automation, segmentation, and personalization to drive customer engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Content Management: Collaborate with the content team to ensure the website’s messaging aligns with marketing initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
  • Inventory Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely updates for promotions and new product launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce projects.

About you:

  • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with Shopify.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO and CRO implementation.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo, focusing on tactical execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience with Shopify Collective for shared inventory and partnership management.
  • Familiarity with Celigo for e-commerce integrations and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite for order and inventory management.
  • Basic design skills for updating and maintaining visual elements, including banners, product images, and promotional graphics.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools for deeper insights into customer behavior and website performance.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles to enhance the overall user experience and engagement.

    The pay range for this position is $85,000- $100,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.   In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Odeko has a Total Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus, equity value and medical, financial, PTO and other benefits. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location.
