Your Role:
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will work at the intersection of product data, E-Commerce Operations, and Commerce Technology. The role is designed as a balanced 50/50 split between hands-on responsibility for Product Data & Feed Management and Generalist E-Commerce Role supporting commerce platforms and digital initiatives.
You will act as a connector between business and IT, supporting scalable product data flows, reliable system integrations, and the implementation of business requirements across teams and markets.
Your Responsibilities:
Product Data Management & Product Feeds (approx. 50%)
Support Product Data Management, Product Feed Management, and Product Data Distribution for key customers (e.g. Amazon and selected large customers)
Work with end-to-end product data flows, from master data management through transformation layers to product integration and channel distribution
Maintain and improve product data quality, completeness, and consistency across systems and channels
Support operational work in Amazon Vendor Central, including product data updates, issue handling, and feedback processing
Analyze reports, error logs, and platform feedback to identify patterns, root causes, and recurring issues
Define short-term corrective actions as well as sustainable improvement measures to prevent recurring data and feed issues
Coordinate and align product data requirements with internal stakeholders across Product Data Management, Data Management, and other relevant stakeholders
Act as a networker and facilitator, ensuring product data requirements are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented through established processes
E-Commerce & Commerce Technology Support (approx. 50%)
Support Commerce Technology initiatives by coordinating implementation topics rather than owning content or systems directly
Act as a business-side support role for Product Owners, helping to structure, clarify, and document business requirements
Coordinate IT resources and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of E-Commerce initiatives
Work in hybrid and cross-functional (fusion) teams, acting as a bridge between business and technical perspectives
Support initiatives related to website architecture, platform evolution, and technical improvements
Contribute to agile ways of working within cross-functional fusion teams
Support topics related to technical SEO, performance, and structural E-Commerce improvements
Work with and around core systems such as CMS, DAM, PIM and other E-Commerce-related platforms
Your Profile:
University degree in Business, E-Commerce, Digital Media, IT, or a comparable field
2–3 years of professional experience in E-Commerce, digital projects, product data, or related roles
Practical experience or strong exposure to Product Data Management and product feeds
Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and channel-driven requirements is a strong advantage
Understanding of end-to-end product data flows and system integrations
Experience working in cross-functional or agile environments
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and translate insights into actionable solutions
Strong communication skills and confidence in coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Interest in commerce technology, digital platforms, and scalable system landscapes
Experience with CMS, DAM, PIM and technical SEO is a plus
