Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap – Define and prioritize product initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Execution & Delivery – Lead agile squads and oversee full product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
  • Analytics & Business Insights – Use data and KPIs to inform product priorities and performance improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align with engineering, marketing, design, and operations teams.
  • Platform Ownership & Innovation – Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Campaigns & Growth Initiatives – Drive digital growth through experimentation and user acquisition strategies.

  • Business & Commercial Acumen: Advanced ability to link product initiatives with profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within digital commerce, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations, and design).

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, customer funnels, and digital operations.
  • Proficiency in product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and release management.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data and KPIs into actionable insights.
  • Intermediate understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and technical dependencies.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, project management software, or A/B testing platforms (e.g., Jira, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen—able to link product initiatives to profitability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across departments.
  • Proven ability to build trust, inspire teams, and promote a customer-first culture.
