The E-Commerce Sales Consultant acts as the digital engine of our sales floor. By blending high-level automotive expertise with a mastery of digital CRM tools, this role transforms online inquiries into high-value appointments and closed deals. You aren't just answering emails; you’re architecting a seamless, modern buying experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Screen incoming leads to determine their interest level and potential fit for the dealership's inventory.
- Customer Communication: Engage with leads through email, phone, and online chat to provide information, answer questions, and build rapport.
- Sales Process: Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system.
- Inventory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the dealership's inventory and be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of each vehicle.
- Online Marketing: Social media posts, reels, stories.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
- Paperwork Processing: Signing and filing necessary documents.
- Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory tasks, such as moving vehicles or preparing them for delivery.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
