We’re expanding our global e-commerce capabilities and looking for a Project Manager, E-Commerce to join our team. This is a new permanent position—created to support our rapid growth and reduce the workload on leadership. You’ll work at the heart of our digital transformation, ensuring that evolving customer experience needs are translated into scalable and innovative platform solutions.

This role is remote within the Czech Republic and will collaborate across regions and teams, including Global IT, Marketing Operations, Business Process Owners, and external vendors.

Your role in our future:

• Act as the key liaison between the E-Commerce team and IT to translate business needs and customer experience goals into technical project requirements.
• Lead the planning, development, and deployment of E-Commerce platform enhancements and new functionalities across multiple regions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing Ops, BPO, Finance, Sales) to ensure alignment on business cases, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, resources, risks, and budgets, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
• Own and optimize project communication across stakeholders, preparing status updates, roadmaps, and post-launch evaluations.
• Coordinate support tickets and ensure effective follow-through with the development team.
• Support continuous improvement by proposing scalable solutions and enhancements based on data, user feedback, and evolving business needs.
• Maintain a strong focus on user experience, usability, and scalability in all phases of platform development.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of project management experience in e-commerce or a related digital business environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing technologies, and customer experience best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ticketing and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, and Salesforce.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Highly organized with a solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams and regions.
