As an E-commerce Platforms Specialist you will be a part of a Digital team, a small group of highly skilled and engaged specialists, working to provide the right digital content and experience within the online customer journey. You'll use your expertise in e-commerce trends and customer behavior to craft the perfect digital experience across all channels.
You are up-to-date and interested in e-commerce trends, with a particular focus on B2B communication strategies. You're passionate about understanding customers' needs and translating them into compelling online experiences that drive sales.
You're also a lifelong learner, constantly researching and exploring new technologies that can enhance the customer experience and buying journey.
Key responsibilities
- Continuous improvement and optimization of the existing online store: This includes user experience (UX) optimization, ensuring the correct tone of voice is used throughout the platform, feature testing, bug identification and reporting.
- Technical expertise: Deep understanding of product hierarchy and content attributes to set up advanced tools like E-shop search engine and Natural Language Generator.
- Marketing and sales: Plan and coordinate online marketing activities, such as crafting compelling newsletter campaigns, managing search engine advertising (SEA), and creating high-converting landing pages.
- Data-driven decisions: Leverage campaign and customer data to develop targeted selling strategies that drive sales through the e-commerce platform.
- Personalization strategies: Segment customer bases using Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and personalization tools like Optimizely to curate personalized content that resonates with each audience.
- Tech-forward mindset: Master a variety of tools and applications to become a digital efficiency expert.
Required personal profile, qualifications and skills
- At least 3+ years of work experience in the field of e-commerce or e-business.
- Knowledge in the field of web analysis and reporting of e-commerce activities, as well as providing the first level of support for e-commerce solutions.
- Experience working with internal and external departments (such as agencies) and subsidiaries.
- Presentation skills to update the organization about the latest changes.
- Strong analytical mind able to understand how different systems integrate and work together to drive results.
- Willingness to travel to an office near Bratislava, Slovakia, two times per month.
- Fluent German and English skills.
- Additional marketing certifications or javascript knowledge is a plus.

Salary:
- From 42 000 EUR per year (final salary depends on candidate's experience) + extra annual bonus based on the achievement of KPIs.
