Role Overview 🚀

We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Partnerships Manager to join our US team. In this role, you will drive Uncapped’s strategic growth by building and managing partnerships with e-commerce focused software business, tools, service providers and platforms. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to create value-driven alliances that expand our reach and enhance our fintech solutions for SMEs.

We leverage multiple data sources to make credit decisions faster, safer and more conveniently. We are working with the largest platforms in the world, including Amazon and Walmart, and strive to be the best alternative-lender globally.

What you will do ✍️

  • Identify, engage, and negotiate partnerships with e-commerce tools, software companies, SMB platforms and strategic collaborators.
  • Work with our engineering team, to ensure better alignment between our product and partners
  • Fully own P&L of the channel
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to maximize mutual value.

Requirements

Who you are 👀

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B partnership management, business development, or alliance roles, ideally in fintech or SMB sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
  • Results-driven with a track record of building and scaling successful partnerships.
  • Skilled at relationship management and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving fintech environment.
