Rate of Pay
$23.50 - $28.20
Performing E-Commerce member care resolution activities to ensure proper fulfilment of member and B2B orders, including: addressing member concerns regarding online and gift card orders via e-mail and/or phone; researching, troubleshooting, and resolving undelivered orders, receipt of inactive gift cards, lost packages, damaged deliveries, and wrong items shipped; determining root cause issue and providing prompt and professional feedback to Member Care, Home Office, and Carriers; and working with merchants for inventory updates and merchandise related issues.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Monitor and respond to e-mail inbox for Member Care concerns regarding 549 operation and orders.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve order issues.
- Ability to communicate with all areas of the company including Home Office, vendors, carriers, and drivers. Consistent support responding to phone calls, emails, and fax transmissions.
- Recognizing order issues and/or conflicts within the WMOS system.
- Provide prompt and professional feedback to Member Care, Home Office, and vendors.
- Remain professional in all internal and external communication
- Assist in training all new team members in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Displays good communication skills and displays the ability to work well with others.
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Maintains all DC policies and procedures
- Maintains a safe and professional work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned, working in other departments as needed
- Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and data entry skills required
- Ability to read and write English, follow and provide verbal instruction in English
- Bilingual preferred, English fluency required.
Environmental Job Conditions
- Occasionally requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds. May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects greater than 30 pounds with assistance.
- Located in an indoor environment with exposure to changing temperatures, including heat and cold, noise and dust.
- Perform repetitive, dexterous movements related to computer use and data entry
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, lift for up to 8 hours a day.
