We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically-savvy Ecommerce Operations Specialist to support and optimize our online retail operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our ecommerce platform while enhancing the online shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ecommerce principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with various teams.

Website Merchandising

  • Manage product categories, collections, and featured items on the website
  • Execute seasonal merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure accurate product information, images, and pricing across the platform
  • Collaborate with marketing team to implement effective product positioning

Vendor Management

  • Manage monthly New Product Review board meetings
  • Generate and analyze vendor performance reports to optimize partnerships
  • Maintain vendor relationships and reporting
  • Develop and implement new vendor onboarding processes
  • Coordinate product insourcing initiatives and manage product transition workflows

Technical Support and Development

  • Provide development support for site functionality enhancements
  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as part of the UAT team
  • Document and communicate website bugs or issues to the development team
  • Test new features and functionality before live implementation

Product and Pricing Management

  • Assist with pricing strategy implementation and maintenance
  • Ensure consistent pricing and compliance with MAP
  • Monitor competitor pricing and make recommendations for adjustments

Tax and Regulatory Compliance

  • Manage product tax classifications and codes across ApriaDirect/ApriaDirect Home
  • Ensure proper tax configuration for all products on the platform
  • Stay current with ecommerce tax regulations and requirements

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate and distribute key reports including Agent Sales and Yotpo reviews
  • Analyze website metrics and provide insights to improve performance
  • Track conversion rates, cart abandonment, and other ecommerce KPIs
  • Create dashboards and reports to support business decision-making

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ecommerce experience, 2-4 years

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

  • N/A

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently as well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, can easily and quickly manipulate data)
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Access (can import/export data and create queries)

Language Skills

  • English (reading, writing, verbal)

Mathematical Skills

  • College level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.  It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.  Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
