E-commerce Operations & Growth Associate

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on transforming everyday pet care into something simple, effective, and enjoyable. Our products are built around one idea: turning stressful routines into moments people (and pets) actually look forward to.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business — not just complete tasks, but actively help build and improve the company.

This is not a narrow or repetitive role.

You’ll work across multiple areas of the business including operations, marketing, product development, research, and problem-solving. We need someone resourceful, proactive, and excited to take ownership.

If something is unclear, you figure it out.
If something is broken, you fix it.
If something can be improved, you bring the idea.

• Take ownership of projects from start to finish
• Conduct research and turn findings into actionable solutions
• Support and improve e-commerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems and workflows
• Assist with product development, sourcing, and testing
• Brainstorm and execute growth opportunities and new ideas
• Handle a mix of daily operational tasks and strategic initiatives
• Work across multiple areas of the business without losing focus
• Use tools like ChatGPT and Helium 10 to support operations, research, and growth strategies

• Experience or strong familiarity with e-commerce (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Comfortable using tools such as:
• ChatGPT
• Helium 10
• Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

• Strong problem-solving and research skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Organized, adaptable, and proactive mindset

• Full-Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
• Remote
