CWD is seeking an E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator 1-Year Contract to join our exceptionally talented and collaborative team! Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager at our Niagara Falls location, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing traffic and conversion strategies, developing and maintaining key e-commerce accounts, handling account administration, and conducting reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Administration
- Maintain and update product listings in marketplace portals such as Amazon Seller Central
- Investigate and resolve marketplace listing issues
- Manage case resolution for marketplace accounts
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing business performance
- Schedule and execute promotions to drive traffic and sales
- Collaborate with agency to manage Amazon pay-per-click advertising
- Set up and launch new products on e-commerce marketplaces
- Implement yearly sales and marketing plans
- Collaborate with account managers to explore business growth opportunities
- Prepare reports on sales and expenditures
- Analyze sales performance versus forecasts
- Evaluate promotional activities and develop actionable plans
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
- Effectively complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- College diploma or university degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 plus years in an e-commerce marketplace role (preferably Amazon)
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred) and experience with marketplace seller portals, including troubleshooting and managing product listings
- Strong data entry and analysis skills, with digital advertising experience
- Technical Requirements: Familiarity with tools and systems such as Outlook, Smartsheet, ERP, PIM, marketplace seller portals, and Criteo ad platform
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude for problem-solving
This is a full-time 1-year fixed-term position working 40 hours a week on-site. Our hours of operation are 8:15am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
