About the role

As our E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for running and growing our Shopify store into a multimillion-dollar business. This role requires a self-starter who excels in managing all aspects of e-commerce operations from A to Z, ensuring the store delivers an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth. You’ll work on improving the UX/UI of the store, optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing, managing product listings, and executing effective email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• UX/UI Optimization:

  • Enhance the overall design and functionality of the Shopify store to maximize sales and improve the user experience.

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement impactful design changes.

• A/B Testing:

  • Run A/B tests to optimize key elements of the store, including product pages, checkout flows, and CTAs.

  • Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates.

• Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.

  • Use segmentation and automation tools to personalize communication and maximize ROI.

• Product Management:

  • Add and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions and high-quality images.

  • Work with the team to source and showcase products aligned with our astrology-focused audience.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain a high standard of product presentation, ensuring images, descriptions, and pricing are polished and consistent.

  • Ensure the store’s visual identity aligns with our brand.

• Accountability and Ownership:

  • Take full ownership of the store’s performance, working proactively to solve challenges and achieve growth targets.

  • Regularly report on store performance metrics and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing a Shopify store to multimillion-dollar sales.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a track record of improving online store experiences.

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies, including successful case studies.

• Expertise in email marketing platforms and strategies, including segmentation and campaign optimization.

• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, particularly in product management and presentation.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

• Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations that enhance store functionality and performance.

• Experience in the astrology, spirituality, or lifestyle market is a plus.

• Background in digital marketing or growth-focused e-commerce roles.

Location

Hint operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
