As an E-Commerce Manager for Western Europe you will ensure that we capture local demand and trends and continually drive growth and improve our performance by making our online customer experience locally relevant. You will work closely with other e-commerce experts such as our pricing team, commercial planners and marketing teams to provide attractive campaigns and curate/create locally relevant assortment and campaigns to our customers. We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager that is up to date of the latest fashion trends and has strong French language skills.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)Drive the commercial performance of your market by being the market expert and co-managing the commercial strategy and calendar. You help to shape the investment trade-offs decisions, together with your market team colleagues.
Drive the category performance and platform transition in your market through local business insights and assortment analysis. You will also contribute to further localization following local fashion and eCommerce trends, and leading on improving the assortment relevance for local customers and be in close contact with the dedicated supply category teams to support stock position
Optimize the local homepage in terms of content and campaigns and run continuous initiatives to capture maximal local demand in line with the trading strategy. Plan, implement, analyse and develop onsite campaigns and navigation points to optimise the customer journey and drive business performance.
Participate in cross-functional projects for your market and interact with local & global Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Category teams, Commercial Planning, Supply, Digital Experience and other functions on a daily level.
You understand the competitive landscape of your markets and know how to turn competition observations and knowledge into action.
You are enthusiastically following the latest fashion trends and you are able to apply this knowledge to campaigns and collection creation
3+ years of relevant experience in a similar function, preferably at a (multi-national) fashion online retailer
French language skills
You have obtained at least a bachelor’s degree.
Analytical skills, a result-oriented mentality with a strong drive to get things done and ability to work independently
Creative thinker, trend watcher and fashion enthusiast who puts him/herself in the customers shoes and creates the relevant campaigns for them
You have excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Word etc), have experience with analytics platforms like Tableau, Microstrategy or Google Analytics and have worked with the back-end / tooling to manage websites before.
Commercial mindset, excellent understanding of eCommerce KPIs and solid understanding of (online fashion) planning and trading.
You are a team player with strong communication skills both written and oral and the ability to manage different stakeholders.
Act like an owner, you are well organised and feel comfortable leading several key projects while keeping high priority in mind to drive the business forward.
Flexible mindset and agile, you have experience with working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, are used to working with deadlines and works well under pressure
Doesn’t mind working under pressure, good time management and organisation skills and can manage working on projects and deadlines
