Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, production of brand website and other online distribution channels. Regularly analyze and provide recommendations or key learnings wherever required
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive online business
- Develop and implement new customer acquisition and retention initiatives by managing search engine keyword marketing and exploring other online advertisement vehicles
- Work in conjunction with Corporate E-Commerce team to monitor performance of advertising agency on digital marketing campaigns including paid search advertisements and social advertisement content
- Actively identify revenue opportunities for the hotel and ensure the E-Commerce performance aligns with the CSI (KPI)
- Be responsible for E-Commerce budget planning and expenses control, including but not limited to media spent budget with digital agency and advertising budget for various online distribution channels
- Prepare and present business reports including room sales production, promotion campaigns and digital advertisements performance on a regular basis
- Closely monitor hotel information and promotional content on brand website and all online distribution platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with the hotel positioning
- Support and liaise with various departments to ensure optimal content delivery (PR, F&B, Marketing, Sales)
- Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day E-Commerce operations in compliance with rate parity, brand guidelines and standard procedures
- Maintain relationship with key business partners such as OTAs and advertising agencies
- Manage product listings and coordinate order fulfilment with internal teams for the hotel’s online gift voucher site
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing
Qualifications
- Degree holder, preferably in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce or related disciplines
- 5 years or above relevant work experience in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing fields. Preferably with experience in Hotel operations
- Proven strength in SEM and paid social strategies
- Knowledge and experience in Opera PMS, SynXis CRS, Adobe Analytics, Channel Manager and Website Content Management System would be advantageous but not necessary
- Proactive, attention to numbers, details and digital trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to collaborate with external and internal parties
- Excellent language skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office included Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
