GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
You would be responsible for developing and selling Belkin products on online platform especially Amazon/Flipcart and online channels in India through direct or strategic partnership to meet the assigned revenue and profitability goals. The success of this role will be further reliant upon excellent communication skills, analytical outlook and professional, confident manner.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales: To maximise the sales opportunities and strengthening our brand positioning especially Amazon/Flipcart platform and online channels through excellent customer relationship, effective management and analysis on traffic, UV, conversion rate and competitor analysis
- Business Development: To ensure client satisfaction and to secure long term partnership by fully communicating with customers, understanding their needs, letting customer understand our brand and channel strategy. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the client relationships through working closely with online partners to maximise their margin opportunity, identifying and providing marketing opportunities and supporting plans.
- Own and drive marketplace visibility and traffic growth across Amazon, Flipkart and other online channels through strategic use of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and platform advertising tools.
- Develop, execute and continuously optimize advertising campaigns with a strong focus on impressions, click-through rates, conversion and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
- Demonstrate proficiency in gaining product visibility and driving high traffic through keyword optimization, content enhancements and campaign planning.
- Proactively monitor campaign performance and dynamically adjust strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, category trends and search performance, translating insights into actionable growth plans.
- Drive aggressive growth initiatives with a strong focus on increasing traffic, gaining views and expanding category share.
- Personal Performance: To ensure maximum personal effectiveness through excellent communication of activities and successes with internal colleagues, making recommendations to process improvement and related activity.
- Able to manage the end-to-end selling process to achieve the products delivered to customers with high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders of our online partners to define their requirements and effectively communicate with our Product Management to drive the projects through the organization.
- Assist Marketing team and sales management to set and execute product strategy in online channel.
- Digital activities pertaining to online sales and sustainability
- Personal Performance: To ensure maximum personal effectiveness through excellent communication of activities and successes with internal colleagues, making recommendations to process improvement and related activity.
- Perform other duties if required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of Eight (5) years’ related experience selling consumer electronics products through online channels especially Amazon/Flipcart in India
- Ability to develop and manage key accounts
- effectively and independently
- Track record of delivering or exceeding the assigned sales and business objectives consistently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization to multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Good understanding of the business environment in India
- Excellent negotiation, writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and service orientated with a "can do" attitude
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is a Plus
- University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent acquired from a reputable University or Tertiary Institution
