Role Overview


The E-Commerce Lead supports the development, launch and ongoing management of our online stores and digital sales channels. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Triumph's e-commerce initiatives, including building and maintaining online product pages, coordinating product information, pricing, images and documentation, supporting ordering and fulfilment workflows, and helping ensure online inquiries and leads are connected to the appropriate sales teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly in e-commerce platforms while also collaborating with sales, marketing, operations and technical teams.


Within the first year, the successful candidate will help launch at least one online store or digital sales channel and establish an accurate product catalogue. They will create clear processes for ordering, lead routing and customer inquiries, while improving the quality of online product information. Success will also include basic reporting, strong cross-functional relationships, and less day-to-day e-commerce coordination for senior leadership.

What You Bring to the Table

Technical Skills


  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, website management, digital commerce or a related role.
  • Experience working directly with an e-commerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce or a comparable system.
  • Experience creating and maintaining online product catalogues, product pages and digital content.
  • Strong understanding of website administration, online ordering workflows and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments including sales, marketing, operations and technical teams to gather product information, pricing, images and technical content.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and update Triumph's online stores and digital product pages.
  • Manage product catalogues, descriptions, specifications, images, technical documents and other online content.
  • Coordinate product pricing inputs, availability, ordering requirements and other information required to support online sales.
  • Support and maintain e-commerce workflows including ordering, payment, fulfilment, customer inquiries and lead routing.
  • Work closely with marketing on website content, landing pages, campaigns, digital assets and promotional updates.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations and technical teams to ensure online product information is accurate and aligned with what Triumph can sell and deliver.
  • Ensure online leads and customer inquiries are routed to the appropriate salesperson, division or internal contact.
  • Monitor website and store activity, including traffic, leads, orders, conversion and other agreed performance measures.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the online customer experience, site navigation, product presentation and sales process.
  • Coordinate with internal IT resources, external vendors or platform providers to troubleshoot technical issues and implement required updates.
  • Maintain clear documentation for e-commerce processes, product updates and ongoing store administration.
