You'll be in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with your account by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of our product categories and markets.
Responsibilities of the roleFor consumer accounts, this involves making recommendations on assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior. Some of your responsibilities would include:
Demonstrate familiarity with online platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.)
Translate Business Plans into actionable selling stories for the customer
Design and operate platform strategy with multi-functions and Agency partners
Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, etc) to develop strategies and plans
Develop, sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new insights
Job Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales/marketing would be advantageous. Candidates with more than 5 years of total working experience are not encouraged to apply
Demonstrates strong financial understanding and the ability to make informed decisions
Consumer orientation
Passion for winning, dare to speak up
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability while working independently, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any major
Must have strong leadership skills
Must have demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
Must have strong written and verbal communications
Must have be proficient on the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
