About the roleAs our E-Commerce Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising the online shopping experience across eight direct websites in Central and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for envisioning and implementing strategies that enhance every stage of the digital customer journey, working tirelessly to increase engagement and drive sales growth through innovation and a strong command of analytics.
In this role, you will closely analyse user behaviour, website performance data, and customer feedback to uncover pain points and areas for improvement. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with our Group UI/UX and product teams to introduce new features and functionality that improve usability and conversion rates. You will also establish and oversee our SEO workstream, strategically advancing our organic search visibility in priority markets.
Personalisation and testing will be at the core of your approach, as you lead A/B tests and tailor the site experience to meet and exceed customer expectations. You will continuously monitor key performance indicators—such as conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, and funnel analytics—to measure success and identify opportunities to further refine our approach. Staying ahead of e-commerce trends and leveraging emerging technologies will enable you to keep our platforms competitive, engaging, and aligned with best practice.
You will oversee the management of content, product listings, and promotional campaigns, ensuring everything presented to customers is accurate, consistent, and compelling. Additionally, you will champion efforts to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility, guaranteeing a seamless experience across all devices. As a leader, you will guide and nurture a team of three, supporting both their individual development and their contribution to achieving our collective business objectives.
About you- Minimum of three years’ experience in e-commerce content management, UI/UX, or trading
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Analytics
- Familiarity with leading e-commerce platforms, such as Magento
- Excellent project management and communication abilities
- Creative problem-solver with a customer-centric approach
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience applying UI/UX design principles
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or web development
- Language skills in Czech, Hungarian, or Lithuanian are highly desirable
