Here’s the scoop - Summary
The E‑Commerce Data & Consumer Insights Manager will lead performance analytics and insight generation for our pet portfolio across Amazon, Chewy and top accounts.
This role is critical to driving profitable growth through best‑in‑class marketplace analytics, retail media measurement, and customer insights.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with deep familiarity with Amazon and Chewy ecosystems, pet category dynamics, and a passion for turning data into action.
This position will be based out of Colorado, Nashville or New York City and work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end performance reporting for Amazon and Chewy, including sales, share, traffic, conversion, AOV, availability, and profitability.
- Track and diagnose drivers of performance related to pricing, promotions, Subscribe & Save, auto‑ship, assortment, and content quality.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for E‑Commerce, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
- Build and maintain dashboards using internal BI tools and marketplace data sources to analyze SKU‑ and ASIN‑level performance across portfolio for optimization
- Identify growth opportunities within the pet category, including lifecycle feeding, pet parent repeat behavior, and cross‑sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in e‑commerce analytics, marketplace analytics, or digital insights.
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Chewy data and syndicated data reporting strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical storytelling and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience in the pet category, CPG, or consumables.
- Experience measuring retail media and promotion effectiveness.
- Familiarity with subscription/auto‑ship business models.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
