About the role 🖥️
Reporting to the Head of Onsite Strategy in the Merchandising Team, the Onsite & CRM Intern is responsible for planning and executing animation campaigns and commercial initiatives based on local data and trends to drive performance in the EMEA & APAC market.
What you will do 👜
- Plan weekly animation calendar, coordinate and execute all local animation & commercial campaigns onsite (platform homepage & customer journey touchpoints) and on CRM.
- Campaign briefs, assets follow-up with Creative & Copy teams, and implementation of campaigns on our CMS & CRM tools.
- Analyze campaigns performance: weekly & monthly reporting.
- Lead independently structured deep dives, leveraging data analysis and business insights to help your team and collaborators better understand trend/user behavior.
- Perform market research; benchmarking, and competitor trends tracking to identify areas of improvement and translate them into actions.
Who you are ⭐
- Master degree in Business School or University, with a strong interest in E-commerce.
- Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
- Strong analytical skills and willing to develop them: leverage extensive data, ensure data accuracy, and pay attention to details.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask.
- Good English & communication skills are required (speaking, reading & writing).
- Good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Strong interest in fashion and luxury is a plusKnowledge in CMS and/or CRM tool is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
