Job Description
Objective:

  • Responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with our new and existing clients across Priority markets in the eCommerce channel, driving sales growth and maximizing profitability.


Key Activities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to grow the eCommerce channel and increase market share.
  • Elaborate annual forecast and monthly forecast review.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities withing existing accounts and potential clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with key account to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and category teams to create and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, performance metrics to prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Execute and improve Perfect Screen of priority markets: Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica.


Competencies (experiences/ Education):

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales management with eCommerce channel
  • Record of developing and growing eCommerce channel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Strong understanding of the Chilean market and eCommerce platforms (others countries is a plus)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as a collaboratively within a team

  • Spanish
  • English ( Be a ble to have a conversation and present in English )
