Job Description
Objective:
- Responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with our new and existing clients across Priority markets in the eCommerce channel, driving sales growth and maximizing profitability.
Key Activities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to grow the eCommerce channel and increase market share.
- Elaborate annual forecast and monthly forecast review.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities withing existing accounts and potential clients.
- Foster strong relationships with key account to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and category teams to create and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, performance metrics to prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting growth opportunities and challenges.
- Execute and improve Perfect Screen of priority markets: Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica.
Competencies (experiences/ Education):
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales management with eCommerce channel
- Record of developing and growing eCommerce channel
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of the Chilean market and eCommerce platforms (others countries is a plus)
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as a collaboratively within a team

- Spanish
