Do you want to play a part in improving the online experience of LEGO® products and campaigns? Are you an octopus, who loves to coordinate and secure execution?


As our E-Commerce Coordinator you will be a key contributor to our continued E-Commerce growth and play an important role in optimizing the online LEGO® shopping experience. Come play with us!

Core Responsibilities

  • Versioning of global E-Commerce toolbox for the Nordic markets and customers, including development of market or customer specific add-on assets.

  • Tracking and optimization of LEGO® on-site performance with key e-tailers.

  • Working closely with our central E-Merchandising team for alignment and best practice sharing.

  • Driving test & learn cases with selected customers to strengthen our E-Commerce footprint and improve conversion metrics.

  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance.

The Nordic Trade Marketing Team sets the direction and drives the execution of all our retail marketing activations – across both off- and online platforms.

As our E-Commerce Coordinator you will play an integral role in delivering best-in-class E-Commerce toolboxes to our colleagues in sales, as well as in continuously working on optimizing the LEGO® on-site performance with our key e-tailers.


Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s Degree+ in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, E-Commerce, or equivalent field of education.

  • Proven experience in a coordinating or executing role, preferably within E-Commerce, digital/web or similar.

  • Strong commercial attitude combined with a solid understanding of omnichannel shopper behaviour.

  • Structured way of working with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Practical experience with Photoshop (or similar) will be a plus.

  • Previous experience with E-Commerce on-site optimization.

  • Collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment with many partners and projects.

  • Curious and passionate about innovation, being able to work with data/insights and support the transformation of these into concrete action plans.
