ABOUT TRUVOLT BRANDS
TruVolt Brands (Snow Joe®, Sun Joe®, Aqua Joe®, Auto Joe®, and Jetson) is a fast-growing consumer products company on a mission to disrupt historically gas-driven market sectors with top-quality, reliable, and easy-to-use innovations that are affordable and eco-conscious. With a portfolio of over 500 products spanning electric and battery-powered outdoor power equipment, pressure washers, lawn care, and personal mobility — including the #1 selling e-bicycle in the US — TruVolt operates across major retail and e-commerce channels including Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, and more.
Our team is passionate, collaborative, intellectually curious, and driven to continuously learn, experiment, and deliver results. We empower people to do their best work in a healthy, family-like culture with competitive pay, great benefits, and real opportunities for growth.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Content & Operations Associate to join our growing digital commerce team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and has a passion for e-commerce operations and digital retail. You will play a key role in keeping our product presence sharp, accurate, and competitive across all major online retail channels — without being directly responsible for merchant relationships or deal-closing.
This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who wants to make a visible impact, grow within a dynamic organization, and develop deep expertise across the e-commerce landscape.
This is a fully on-site position at our headquarters in Jersey City New Jersey.

What We Do

Despite being in an industry where change is the rule rather than the exception, Fesco’s “Customers First/Integrity Always” mindset is as much a part of our DNA today as it was when we began as a lower Manhattan storefront over half a century ago. Recognized internationally as the “go to” for cutting-edge technology and day-to-day products and brands every savvy retailer needs, the Fesco brand is about being a source and a resource—in short, a name that truly means everything. Fesco not only manufactures trend-setting, first-to-market products, but is also a leading distributor of consumer goods. We are trusted by trailblazers like GE, Sony, Samsung, Garmin and many more. To ensure consumers’ needs are quickly met, we fill over 95% of orders within 24 hours. Our high satisfaction rate is also due to our knowledgeable sales staff operating in-house and on the road. Fesco is bringing the humanity back to shipping and manufacturing. We grew by forging close relationships with small businesses many of which we still work with today. The result? Fesco is a national force with a mom-and-pop mentality. By fostering open communication with both small businesses and big-box entities, we gain a unique understanding of our customers’ needs. It’s the only way we know how to do business.
