Samsung Electronics Baltics is one of 16 Samsung Electronics Sales subsidiaries in Europe. There are 180 employees located across all 3 Baltic countries with the central office based in Riga, Latvia.

We are looking for a capable and knowledgeable team member to join our DTC Team as E-commerce Project manager (2500-3000 EUR gross + Quarterly bonus (up to 5250-6300 EUR gross))
Role and Responsibilities

Implementing and managing A-Z e-commerce projects and services including delivery, payment methods, web design, UX/PX, shipping, monitoring, B2B/B2C services, CRM, and integration with third parties.

Analyzing, planning, implementing, executing, and maintaining CX, PX, loyalty, and additional value services for e-commerce.

Collaborating with sales managers, marketing teams, analytics teams, and developers to monitor project performance, schedule A/B testing, and ensure high-quality solutions.

Managing implemented projects' marketing operations, NPS impact, and analyzing user behavior metrics

Leveraging AI-driven analytics and automation tools to enhance personalization, user behavior insights, conversion rate optimization, customer support (chatbots), dynamic pricing, and demand forecasting.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in both, written and spoken, English
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce project management, working on campaigns from briefing to delivery, with a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce processes, execution, and architecture
- 5+ years of experience in business development, with a strong track record of driving growth and strategic initiatives
- Understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and others
- Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of projects at the same time
- Bachelors degree (in information management, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields)
