About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated E-Commerce professional to join our team and help deliver a top-tier digital retail experience. This hybrid role combines day-to-day operations, customer service, merchandising, marketing execution, and fulfillment support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage products, support promotions, and improve the customer journey across our digital platforms. If you're detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about e-commerce with 2-3 years' experience, this role is a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and categorization across ecommerce platforms
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and retail teams to restock or remove products as needed
  • Support marketing and promotional campaign execution through content updates, product features, and email support
  • Ensure online content aligns with brand standards, seasonal priorities, and a seamless customer experience
  • Process web orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, shipping, and handling returns/exchanges
  • Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries and issues via email and customer service platforms
  • Track and report on product performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to support data-driven decisions
  • Identify and escalate website issues affecting the user experience, including bugs and content inaccuracies
  • Coordinate product photography and content accuracy to support successful product launches
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and fulfillment teams to align digital and in-store strategies
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and contribute to warehouse organization and accuracy
  • •Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall customer journey
  • 2–3 years of experience in retail warehouse or e-commerce operations
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Retail Pro, Retail Cloud, or other CMS/OMS systems
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using Excel and reporting tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Passion for e-commerce, digital trends, and improving the customer experience
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and initiative
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods, must be able to bend, kneel, crawl, lift boxes above your head.
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • May require you to be at DSGP, Ball Arena or warehouse.
  • May require evenings, weekends or holidays.
