💻 Role
- Be our champion of operations excellence and coordinate across teams
- Assist Omni-channel E-commerce platforms operations and order fulfillment
- Assist on scheduling outbound shipments and logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space and manpower for the shipments
- Assist evaluates and manages deliveries and shipments to improve inventory control procedures
- Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
- Aid in the feedback/design of our systems, the information flows and the processes that make it all work
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics/Shipping, Engineering teams
👋 About you
- Strong passion for obsessive customer service and interest in E-commerce
- Willingness to learn and ability to handle a steep learning curve
- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
- Preferably 1 year experience in the e-commerce industry / sneakers space
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Fluent Cantonese will be a plus)
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Self-motivated, adaptive and flexible, and able to work independently
- Immediate availability is preferable
