All about the role:
To deliver growth target via E-Commerce channels.
Develop the FY e-Commerce implementation plan with focus on E-retail channels (especially Naver).
Administration and management of respective platform - product, price, promotional update etc.
Propose and collaborate promotional initiatives with Digital Marketing and product team throughout the implantation of the e-Comm calendar of initiatives. (*Online pricing under Product line purview).
Manage and coordinate sales orders and AR.
Review pre/post key online sales promotional initiatives.
Liaison with BA e-Commerce Manager and alignment of key initiatives for roll-out.
Effective relationship management with digital sales vendors and support capability development of them.
Develop, build & maintain strong and long-term relationship with digital customers.
Close communication to deliver Electrolux strategic direction to digital sales vendors and engage them to comply with the strategy.
Provide optimum products and services to digital customers to maximize the business potential per accounts.
What you’ll do:
Manage product description, price and campaign for entire online ecommerce platform (marketplace and other external channels)
Work with existing customers / buyers and key accounts together with KAM and sales team to develop e-com sales in existing channels.
Close collaborations with digital marketing team on engagements & conversions throughout the different phases of the consumer journey.
Close collaboration with product team for campaign initiatives
Close cooperation with key information owners in e-Commerce channels
Manage consumers inquiry and responses.

QUALIFICATIONS
Min. 3+ years’ experience in E-Commerce Sales in retail industry
Preferably experiences in multi-national organizations
Inter-mediate level of English skills (oral and written)
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
Preferably experiences in and extensive understanding in Consumer Electronics industry
Where you’ll be: You will be based in the Seoul office.
