Roles & Responsibilities
- Account Strategy & Growth: Lead the end to end e commerce business for Walmart.com and Target.com by owning sales performance, driving digital penetration, building aligned in store and online plans, and partnering with retailer media teams to deliver data led, full funnel growth.
- Digital Shelf & Content Excellence: Own and optimize all product setup and content across retailer platforms, using digital shelf insights to strengthen visibility, conversion, and brand impact.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track core KPIs and market trends to build clear, actionable insights and dashboards that inform strategy, guide decision making, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Omnichannel Collaboration: Partner cross functionally to translate brand priorities into seamless retailer.com execution that aligns with in store storytelling, activation, promotions, and seasonal plans.
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in e commerce account management or digital sales, ideally across Walmart.com or Target.com.
- Demonstrated success growing online revenue and improving digital shelf performance.
- Strong analytical skills with solid Excel and Power BI capability.
- Hands on experience with digital content, retail media, and promo planning.
- Comfortable operating in a fast moving, entrepreneurial, data led environment.
- Clear communicator with strong cross functional collaboration skills.
- Genuine interest in consumer products and innovation; toy or entertainment background is a bonus.
