As an E&C Project Manager III/Senior, you’ll lead moderate-to-large-scale initiatives where technical complexity meets strategic impact. Your expertise in PLC/Stage-Gate processes and facility construction/operations in the oil and gas industry will be the foundation for delivering solutions that optimize performance and profitability across the entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Leads teams to execute complex project plans, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external partners and delivering results on time for moderate-to-large projects

  • Sets up core project teams to enable collaboration and achieve objectives efficiently

  • Coordinates technical resources under the structured guidance of the Project Life Cycle for consistency and rigor

  • Develops and implements detailed reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts to maintain control and transparency

  • Presents and executes recommendations grounded in engineering principles and operational efficiency to meet reliability targets and reduce risk

  • Prepares, reviews, and approves RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selection decisions with precision and compliance

  • Understands and applies economic impact analysis to drive solutions that enhance profitability and long-term value

  • Anticipates challenges, gathers critical data, evaluates opportunities, and makes decisions that deliver meaningful business impact

  • Designs optimum project solutions that improve economic performance over the entire lifecycle

  • Leads development of power and energy infrastructure projects, including greenfield and brownfield opportunities, from early screening through final investment decision (FID)

  • Defines project scope, configuration, capacity, and phasing to align with customer requirements and commercial objectives

  • Builds and maintains integrated project assumptions, including technical design inputs, execution strategy, schedule, and cost basis

  • Develops and evaluates project economics, including CAPEX, OPEX, lifecycle value, and sensitivity analysis to optimize project returns

  •  Evaluates multiple technical configurations and project scenarios to identify optimal solutions and support investment decisions

  • Interfaces with commercial, engineering, permitting, and operations teams to assess project feasibility, risks, and alignment

  • Coordinates early-stage engineering (FEED-level), including development of one-lines, equipment selection, site layout, and constructability considerations

  • Works with procurement and vendors to obtain budgetary pricing, evaluate long-lead equipment, and assess supply chain risks

  •  Identifies key project risks early (technical, permitting, market, and execution) and develops mitigation strategies

  • Supports transition of projects into execution by ensuring continuity of scope, assumptions, and risk alignment

  • Demonstrates ability to develop project economics, including cost modeling, lifecycle value analysis, and sensitivity evaluation

  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

E&C Project Manager III:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree and minimum five (5) years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

  • Preferred: Project Management Certification (PMP), Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

E&C Project Manager Senior:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum ten (10 years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management and Master's degree in business, project management or engineering management; PMP or PE

Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50%

Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

  • Experience supporting development of energy or infrastructure projects, including early-phase project definition, feasibility analysis, and pre-FID decision-making

  • Demonstrates ability to develop project economics, including cost modeling, lifecycle value analysis, and sensitivity evaluation

  • Experience collaborating across commercial, engineering, and project controls teams to align technical solutions with business and contract requirements

  • Preferred: Experience supporting power generation environments, with exposure to turbines and/or reciprocating equipment
