1 Year Contract Position
Job Purpose:
This position assumes responsibilities of supporting seamless business growth and operation of F&BP e-business by:
- Producing and verifying overall E-business regular report: daily sales, stock report – on hand stock check, monthly reports, monthly snapshot and bestselling item report and quarterly market report
- Setting daily target based on monthly retail target by platform
- Replenishment of promotional items for all e-business channels
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily sales update for all e-business channel and report
- Daily target setting based on monthly retail target by platform
- Update daily stock status report
- Order promotion items through internal order tool and communicate with e-logistics
- Register online promotion rule to the online order management system
- Collect tax invoices from business partners and proceed internal cost registration
- Recon & validate daily online orders
- Online product catalogue management for new products
- Update various weekly and monthly reports
Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualification
- University graduate (or equivalent)
Work Experience
- 2+ year experience in E-retail or E-commerce (luxury/beauty/online platform)
- Hands-on experience and familiar with E-business
Required Competencies
- Good skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Power Point
- Communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Professional command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work under tight timeline and pressure
