ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Temporary Electronic Billing Coordinator to manage Annual Seniority Step-up increases and electronic billing timekeeper and rate additions across various portals. In this role, the key candidate will review, verify, and transmit timekeeper rates to multiple e-billing platforms. They will collaborate with our Electronic Billing Analyst on rate submissions and proactively follow up with client contacts to secure timely approvals. The ideal individual should possess excellent data entry skills, master new software quickly, and ensure high accuracy under tight deadlines.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Submit via Portals: Upload and track timekeeper rates and approvals across various web portals.
- Update Master Shared Document: Maintain and administer the shared master Rates documentation/spreadsheet.
- Email Correspondence: Consistent follow-up communication with key client stakeholders to secure timely rate approval.
Electronic Billing Assistance: Flexible and willing to provide ad-hoc operational support for the electronic billing department.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume e-billing or general accounting coordinators roles.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with major accounting platforms (e.g., Aderant: BillBlast, 3E) and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small variances, omissions, or anomalies in complex digital spreadsheets and invoicing lines.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional and polite client interactions.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly learn proprietary electronic billing systems and work under minimal short-term supervision.
