About the Role
Are you dynamic, passionate and eager to represent an International Technology Brand? Pioneering technology is at the heart of every new Dyson machine. You will bring this to life by showcasing our unique technology through live demos (in store, and there could be live stream opportunities too) to create impact.

Our mission
- Provide an outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
- Show passion in connecting and reconnecting with clients, putting them at the center, identifying their needs, providing product advice, and anticipating their future requests
- Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business
- Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals by having a business mindset and an entrepreneurial approach
- Show a transparent and genuine attitude with the client and create a unique connection with them
- Communicate in a professional and authentic way, with clients and colleagues
- Effectively use all the available tools to optimize business opportunities
- Proactively support the front and back-of-house teams, their achievements and ultimately the overall team spirit
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures and follow them
About You
- 2+ years’ professional Retail Sales experience, providing high-quality service focused on client needs. Experience in technology and prestige luxury brands an asset
- Have a natural business mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit with proven track record in achieving and exceeding quotas
- Strong team spirit to achieve common goals – build strong relationships within Dyson as well as with our third-party retail partners
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and understands when to seek guidance
- Proactive, enthusiastic, & with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills combined with an adaptable approach to selling
- At ease with using tools and applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc)
- Comfortable in working retail hours (including weekends, holidays), up to 8 hours per shift
