Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace APM Infrastructure Management Specialist to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynatrace and a solid understanding of infrastructure management. This role is critical in ensuring the performance and reliability of our applications and infrastructure through effective monitoring and management.
Responsibilities:

Implement and manage Dynatrace APM solutions to monitor application performance and infrastructure health.
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
Conduct regular health checks and performance tuning of applications and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain documentation related to Dynatrace configurations, monitoring strategies, and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Dynatrace features and enhancements to leverage them for improved performance management.
Provide training and support to team members on Dynatrace usage and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in Dynatrace APM, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Proficient in monitoring and managing cloud and on premises infrastructure.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of applications.
Solid understanding of application architecture and infrastructure components.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with other monitoring tools and technologies.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 5 years of experience in infrastructure management with a focus on application performance monitoring.
Relevant certifications in Dynatrace or related technologies are a plus.
