ASI is seeking a Dynamics D365 Engineer to join our Business Applications team. Reporting directly to the Director, Business Applications, this role is responsible for ensuring the health, performance, and reliability of our Dynamics 365 environment, with a focus on cloud flow automations, system monitoring, minor development tasks, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-first mindset.
The salary range for this position is $126,000 - $140,000.
Responsibilities:
- Cloud Flow Automation Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor Power Automate cloud flows for failures and performance issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation errors and inefficiencies.
- System Health & Performance
- Monitor overall system health and uptime of Dynamics 365 and related services.
- Track and report on Dataverse storage usage and growth trends.
- Development & Bug Fixes
- Perform minor development tasks including customizations, configurations, and scripting.
- Identify, document, and resolve system bugs and issues.
- Release & Deployment Support
- Assist in release planning, testing, and deployment of new features and updates.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
- General System Support
- Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 users across departments.
- Respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with a team of support specialists to triage and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customer Service & Communication
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or 12 years equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferably D365 CE/Power Platform).
- Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, and basic development/customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Azure services and integrations preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and release management preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) preferred.
