Job Title: Senior Developer Dynamics 365 CRM - APP Dev III
Job Summary:
The Senior Developer is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem, as well as managing data integration processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory (ADF). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the end-to-end configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CRM, including entities, forms, workflows, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement data integration solutions using SSIS and ADF to facilitate seamless data flow between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards within the development team.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of CRM applications and integration processes, addressing any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes, including design specifications and user guides.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users to enhance their understanding of CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment with team goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Experience leading a development team is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

- Proficient in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in integrated development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools, scripting, and automated testing frameworks.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with a keen attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively while working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Licensure and Certification:
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365, SSIS, ADF, or other related technologies are preferred.
Working Conditions:
- General office environment; may require extended periods of sitting or standing.
Compensation Range:
$92,300.00 - $161,600.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
