The Team – Enterprise & Cloud Applications
Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of NetSuite, Oracle Cloud (ERP and EPM), OneStream, SAP, MS Dynamics, and Salesforce. We tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

Your Impact:
- Responsible for translating customer requirements into functional design specifications that outline success criteria, scope, business requirements, functional gaps as well as test scripts and how-to instructions (depending on scope; these details can reside within same document and/or different documents).
- Interact with both internal and external customers.
- Prepare customers to use Business Central by defining, writing and delivering training as well as creating test plans.
- Participate in supporting BC customers by providing support, answering questions, and resolving BC issues.
- Work with the project manager and project team by communicating essential information, obtaining team input, reviewing open issues and action items, contributing information to team meetings and reports, and using technology and tools as defined for each project.
- Deliver on all phases of a Business Central implementation project; from procedure interviews, fit-gap documentation, modification design, historical data loading, BC system configurations & testing, testing, end user training and roll-out.
- Develop business procedures and data management policies for ensuring data accuracy and control.
- Create model documentation, develop implementation roadmaps, and perform knowledge transfers.
- Deliver on other BC project types including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and other special projects.
- Work with different groups within the organization (accounting, FP&A, and operations).
- Conduct operational assessments to analyze our client's current enterprise processes, organization, and technology environment to determine the optimal operating model, driving value through the CFO organization.
- Continue to build expertise by participating in educational opportunities, self-study, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Occasionally support the team in deal shaping, which includes discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.
- Manage client relationships with an eye toward identifying and closing in on new business opportunities.
- Actively participating in career development activities.
At a minimum, you will have:
- Professional services firm experience with at least 10 full life cycle implementations of NAV/Business Central.
- 5+ years of implementation experience with Dynamics Business Central.
- 5+ years of Business Central experience with one or more of the following: Accounting & Finance, Project Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Production Control (Process), Manufacturing, Warehouse, Master Planning or Transportation Management.
- Special consideration given to candidates with significant manufacturing and supply chain skills and experience (APICS\ASCM certifications appreciated)
- Understanding of typical software implementation lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile) and their associated lifecycle artifacts.
- Experience with documenting and performing analysis of client environments including technology strategy, organizational structure, and business processes.
- Self-starter and able to function well as an individual or in a team environment.
- Experience presenting to end users through CXO suite staff.
- Experience presenting Business Central product demonstrations during sales process
- Ability and eagerness to constantly learn and teach others.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%.
Preferably, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, CS, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Implementation knowledge of add-ons such as: EDI, E-Ship, AP Automation, Payments, InsightWorks, and Binary Stream MEM.
