We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 Team. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, with a focus on CRM, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements.
- Design and configure solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service Management to support business processes and digital transformation initiatives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Support testing, training, and change management activities during project delivery.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities through effective solution design.
- Provide functional support and guidance to end-users, ensuring optimal system usage.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
- Manage the full application lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and decommissioning.
- Ensure proper versioning, branching strategies, and environment management for Dynamics 365 solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
- Strong knowledge of Field Service and Sales modules;
- Experience with the Marketing app is a plus.
- Familiarity with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Platform components.
- Experience in writing functional documentation, user stories, and test cases.
- Understanding of integration scenarios between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Power Platform).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced international business environment.
