Dynamics 365 F&SCM Finance Functional Consultant

What will you do:

• Gather requirements from business process owners, perform gap/fit analyses, conduct workshops to demonstrate solutions, and train users on D365 F&SCM functionalities 
• Collaborate with solution architects to provide potential solutions and estimates for identified gaps 
• Design and configuration of core AX/ D365 F&SCM modules 
• Test newly built solutions and processes, and work with the development team to ensure solution quality 
• Provide level 2 system support and collaborate with Microsoft support and implementation teams as needed 
• Identify and define new process improvement opportunities, and lead the functional design process for gaps in D365 F&SCM 
• Mentor and train junior consultants, and contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team 
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders 
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and training 
• Lead small to mid-sized projects or work independently on medium to highly complexity projects 

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in IT projects as an implementation or support consultant 
• Flexibility to learn new functionalities/ modules/ business processes 
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams 
• Preferably certified in MB-700, MB-310, or MB-330 
• Knowledge of country-specific localizations is a plus 
• Experience in finance or accounting, whether through work or education, is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage
