Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant (Finance Specialisation)
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions (Finance Modules) to meet client needs.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Modules
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 F&O.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, BCom, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of finance and operations processes.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification is preferred.
Years of Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant.
Other requirements
- Experience with Power Platform and other Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Education
Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology (Required)
